Thank you for partnering with us to repair your appliance. As each job is different, we will need to complete a service call to diagnose and quote your repairs. Out cost structure is as follows;

 

Standard Service Call

The standard service call costs $190.00 (including GST). It is a one-off charge and includes up to 30 minutes of labour.
N.b. If this visit does not exceed 30 min, the remaining time will be carried forward and allocated to any subsequent visits related to this issue, if required. (i.e. returning to fit ordered parts)

Travel charges

Emerald Isle does not charge for travel to any private job.

Additional Labour

Additional labour is charged at a rate of $45 per 15-minute block (or part thereof).

Labour Assistant
There are several instances where it will not be safe for a single technician to complete the work. In these instances we will need the help of an able-bodied person or will supply an additional labour assistant. The cost of the additional labour assistant is not included in the service call and will be charged in addition at the rate of $30 per 15mins. 

Waste disposal
Disposal of old appliances $45 scrapping fee.

Payment Methods
Please note payment is due on the day of the visit, No accounts are given. Our preferred payment option is EFTPOS (debit or credit card), we also accept Cash and Cheques (made payable to Emerald Isle Appliance Service Pty Ltd.) All rates are inclusive of GST.

Late fees and Debt recovery
Invoices not paid by the due date will incur an administration fee of $20. Invoices that are still outstanding beyond 60 days will be referred to a debt collection
agency, for both the original invoice amount, the accrued late fees and the charges issued by the collection agency.
